1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the Mark Summers Hair website and services.

2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the slot.
Bookings without deposits are not confirmed and may be cancelled without notice.
You must be 18+ to book certain services (e.g., hair extensions), unless accompanied by a guardian.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay in full for future appointments.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to amend your booking.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened, adjusted, or cancelled.
The deposit may be forfeited if the service cannot be completed due to lateness.
5. Payments
Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.

6. Consultations & Suitability
Certain services, especially hair extensions, require a consultation to assess hair condition, suitability, and expectations.
We reserve the right to decline a service if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client’s hair or scalp.
By booking a service, the client confirms they have disclosed any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or conditions.
7. Hair Extensions – Terms of Service
Clients must follow the provided aftercare to maintain the quality and longevity of their extensions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare, excessive heat use, failure to attend maintenance appointments, or external factors.
Hair quality can vary depending on supplier batches; minor colour variations may occur.
Refunds cannot be issued for hair extensions once installed, as this is a personalised service.
8. Refunds & Returns
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Services are non-refundable once completed, but we will always work with you to resolve any issues.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
10. Website Use
All content on this website—including images, branding, text, and pricing—is the property of Mark Summers Hair.
Unauthorised copying, downloading, or distribution is prohibited.
We strive to ensure all information is accurate, but errors in pricing or content may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
